Chris Panameno received a Bachelor’s Degree in Jazz Studies from Cal State University, Northridge. Performing in concert alongside Latin Grammy Award winning artist Marcos Witt, at the age of 17 Chris Panameno would continue to pursue his career in music playing saxophone. The following summer he would get the opportunity to attend and perform at the prestigious 2018 “GRAMMY Camp” hosted at the USC Thornton School of Music alongside the nation’s top talent from ages 13-18. Following his time there he would go on to study Jazz and Saxophone at Fullerton College where he would meet many that held the same interests to then transfer to Cal State Northridge with emphasis in Jazz. While maintaining both piano for over 19 years and saxophone for 13 years, Chris remains active in the LA scene as an educator, freelance musician, and an aspiring artist.
Chris has taught one-on-one lessons since his college career began for both Saxophone and Piano. With over 4 years of lessons and 19+ years as a musician, Chris believes music is a universal language that anyone can attain and develop. Through the piano Chris will emphasize fun learning and proper technique for various aspects of great musicianship.
