FIRST MEETING COMING UP TUESDAY (11/6) @ 6:30PM!
Dear Parents & Students,
Encore has been invited to perform at The Chili Holiday Celebration and tree lighting ceremony hosted by the City Of La Mirada!
Encore will be representing as a choir. We strongly encourage ALL Encore students to participate! You do not have to be a voice student. Also, friends of Encore students (non-students) are welcomed to join and participate as well. Invite other family members, neighbors, etc. There is no cost to any of the participants!
This year the event will be held Saturday, December 1st from 5 to 8 p.m. at Splash! La Mirada Regional Aquatics Center. Our time slot is TBA. This is a time where families can come and enjoy live entertainment & games. There will be free chili, hot dogs, hot chocolate and various vendors. Families will also have opportunities to take photos with Santa and bid on decorated trees (Silent Auction).
This is a great opportunity that we encourage our students to participate in. The performance is on a grand scale and they will be performing in front of hundreds of event goers. This is also a great time to spend a night out with the family!
Rehearsals will be held at the La Mirada Resource Center:

The rehearsals will be as follows (subject to change):
Must attend at least 50% of the rehearsals and the final two are mandatory.
Tuesday, November 6th – 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Intro)
Tuesday, November 13th – 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, November 17th – 2:30 – 4:00 PM
Tuesday, November 20th– 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, November 24th – 2:30 – 4:00 PM
Tuesday, November 27th – 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM (MANDATORY REHEARSAL)
Saturday, December 1 – 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (MANDATORY REHEARSAL)
