All photographers taking photographs, video or using any other recording device(s) at an Encore School Of Music event are required to obtain a signed release from any attendee who is visibly recognizable in the photograph or can be otherwise identified. These rules govern photographs and other forms of media intended for use in any publication of a marketing or a public relations nature, such as newsletters, brochures, promotional items, or other such material. Releases also must be obtained for photographs or other media used on a website. Photo and other Media Release on behalf of myself, my successors and assignees hereby grant to Encore School Of Music permission to interview me and/or to use my likeness in photograph(s) and/or video in any and all of its publications and in any other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Encore School Of Music and assigns from any and all claims, demands, actions and causes of actions, which I have now or may have against them, or any of their employees by reason of the use said photographs, video or other media, known or unknown which I have or may have against Encore School Of Music and I hereby covenant that no suit shall ever be brought thereon for any reason by me or any person on my behalf against Encore School Of Music, their officers, agents or employees or servants relating to the interview and/or the photograph(s)/video and use thereof. *
